Join the International Association of Women Ministers for a transformative global gathering in Jakarta, Indonesia, July 21–26, 2026. This Assembly offers a rare opportunity to connect with women in Christian ministry from around the world, hear powerful stories from both Christian and Muslim leaders, and engage deeply with issues of faith, justice, and leadership in a multicultural, multifaith context. Through inspiring worship, thought-provoking panels on topics like intersectionality, vulnerability, and diversity in ministry, and meaningful community-building experiences, participants will be renewed, challenged, and equipped for their own ministries. Whether you attend in person or virtually, this is more than a conference—it’s a chance to be part of a global movement celebrating and strengthening women’s voices in ministry. The Details
- Costs:
- Registration fees are $200 for the full conference or $50 for a single day
- Housing is $25 per night per person if you are sharing. Single rooms are $50 per night. You can also arrange your own housing
- Meals are $100 for the full assembly or $20 per day.
- Virtual attendance: The suggested donation for those from North America is a minimum of $25 USD. Others please donate what you are able.
- What’s extra?
- The optional things are additional in order to keep the cost as low as possible. The optional items are: the Saturday Jakarta bus tour, the Saturday dinner, meals before or after the conference, souvenirs and the like, the excursion to Bali, and any personal travel.

- Can I attend virtually?
- Yes! You can use the registration form to register to attend virtually too. The suggested donation for those from North America is a minimum of $25 USD. Others please donate what you are able.
- What trip to Bali?
- There’s an optional excursion to Bali at the end of the Assembly. You can choose to go or not to go. The cost will be approximately $500 USD including airfare, hotel, and some activities/food. There will be some additional costs for food, transportation, and activities, however, prices in Indonesia are fairly low compared to prices in the US and Canada.
